A perfect sidekick bag. The design was inspired by the bags used to carry around when researching. It can be carried in two ways: handheld or on the shoulder.

It has an inside pocket with a zip for your items.

50% silk / 50% linen

It is an original material woven on old looms at a historic loom in the Bishu region.

After being sewn, each piece is stonewashed and then coated by hand by skilled craftsmen at a historical dyeing factory in Kyoto. By coating it with natural glue, the fabric becomes more resilient and stronger. Also, the more you use it, the more you can enjoy the unique ageing process, as if it were an antique.

Yoko Sakamoto believes that by creating designs that do not interfere with the nature of the materials and silhouettes, we can make the most of their original qualities of the materials.

They hope to pass on and communicate the skills of the craftsmen involved in our work in a better way and that this will lead to the creation of products that will enrich the lives of the wearers and be one of their favourite items in their closet the would have for a long time to come.
