Shipping Policy

At grays, we are committed to providing reliable and affordable shipping worldwide. 

Shipping Fees and Rates

  • United States — Due to new U.S. tariffs on goods not covered under CUSMA, all U.S. orders now ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Duties, tariffs, and import taxes are not included in the checkout price; additional fees are collected on delivery. Please email us at hello@graystoronto.com with any questions regarding US tariffs and duties.
  • Standard shipping costs within Canada: $15
  • Standard shipping costs within US: $30
  • Free shipping on all orders within Canada over $150 (before taxes and shipping fees)
  • Free shipping on all orders to the US over $500 (before taxes and shipping fees)

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping costs for international orders will vary based on the destination country and weight. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package size.

  • Shipping fees for international orders will be displayed during checkout.
  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping times: Typically, delivery within Canada and the US takes 3-10 business days, though shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays.
  • We do not guarantee on-time delivery for international orders, as customs processing and other external factors can cause delays.

Carriers and Tracking

All shipments are tracked for your convenience and peace of mind. We typically ship through Canada Post or UPS.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow a few hours after receiving the tracking number for the status to update in the carrier's system.

Customer Responsibility for Address Information

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you live in an apartment or suite, please ensure it is clearly indicated during checkout.

  • Any additional shipping costs incurred due to rejected or returned-to-sender packages (e.g., incorrect address or unclaimed packages) will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers will also be responsible for the re-shipping costs if an order is returned and needs to be sent out again.
