In-Store Returns

Grays will happily accept full-priced items for return within 7 days of purchase. 

  • Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt and tags.
  • Vintage items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All jewelry items are final sale
  • For in-store purchases, you must return your item(s) in their original condition with a valid receipt. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
  • If the original method of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a return policy for online orders. Please review the following details:

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Customer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees that were paid at the time of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
