Color Dark Grey Stripe
SizeMedium

The Classic Shorts has a relaxed fit with single pleats and a mid-rise. Featuring side pockets, back patch pockets, button fastening, hook-and-eye closure, YKK zip fly and raw edge details. Cut from a dry woven deadstock wool with a broken dark grey stripe on a dark brown ground.

This garment features intentional raw edges that will naturally evolve over time—gradually fraying with wear. It is designed to take shape through use, developing character and further distressing as part of its ongoing process.

mfpen

mfpen is a modern clothing brand that reinterprets classic garments through relaxed silhouettes and a
commitment to responsible production. The aesthetic draws on both retrospective and countercultural notions to
look ahead and shape the evolution of classic European tailoring and design, creating timeless garments with a
sense of understated, refined elegance.

Our production process follows a Responsible Hierarchy, prioritizing high-quality European deadstock fabrics
sourced from excess stock within the fashion industry. When deadstock isn’t available, we turn to recycled and
biodegradable fabrics, only using certified organic cotton as a last resort.
