The Software Shirt has a slim cropped fit, with drop shoulders and a curved hem. Featuring a spread collar, hidden button closure and clean hemmed sleeve opening without a traditional cuff. Cut from a cotton poplin with a dry hand feel, in a micro structured black plaid check on a warm grey ground.

mfpen is a modern clothing brand that reinterprets classic garments through relaxed silhouettes and a
commitment to responsible production. The aesthetic draws on both retrospective and countercultural notions to
look ahead and shape the evolution of classic European tailoring and design, creating timeless garments with a
sense of understated, refined elegance.

Our production process follows a Responsible Hierarchy, prioritizing high-quality European deadstock fabrics
sourced from excess stock within the fashion industry. When deadstock isn’t available, we turn to recycled and
biodegradable fabrics, only using certified organic cotton as a last resort.
