Our wine program is built around the same ideas that guide everything we do: care for material, respect for process, and a close relationship to the people behind the work. We focus on wines grown thoughtfully, made with minimal intervention, and shaped by a deep connection to the land.
All of our bottles are available to purchase in store. You are welcome to sip and shop, enjoy any bottle here with a small corkage fee, order a glass from our rotating by-the-glass menu, or take a bottle to go.
Each season, we highlight three producers and six wines that feel especially important right now. These are winemakers shaping the natural wine movement, leaders in their regions and often hard to find in Toronto.
The selection rotates seasonally, allowing us to go deeper into each producer’s approach and share wines that reflect the moment, the land, and the year.
Alongside our seasonal favourites, you’ll always find a selection of wines we love, with a strong focus on Canadian producers. These are bottles we come back to often, expressive, interesting and easy to share. The list is complete with a small selection of thoughtfully chosen international producers.
