Mimi, a Toronto-based ceramic artist, graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Craft and Design in 2021. Since completing her studies, she has been teaching pottery and working as a studio technician. In 2023, she started actively pursuing her personal artistic career alongside her instructional and technical roles.
Her focus lies in the materiality of ceramics, employing traditional hand-building techniques like coiling and clay pinching to shape her forms. Mimi's work reflects a blend of technical skill and artistic vision, exploring the tactile and transformative qualities of clay in her distinctive pieces.
